A large but little known monument in Arlington, Virginia is the The Netherlands Carillon.  It’s situated near the Iwo Jima Memorial and Arlington Cemetery.  The Carillon is a gift from the Dutch government to the American people in appreciation for help during World War II.  I was impressed with the size of the monument and what it represents.  A lot of emphases goes to what the Americans did for France during World… Read More
